Pregnancy and Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome?


Question:
I am 22 and have a mild form of polycystic ovarian syndrome, I have a 3 year old and am really wanting another baby.
We have been trying for about a month (I know that's not a long time) but nothing yet.
I was menstrating fairly normally until we started trying and now I am not menstrating at all but my pregnancy tests have come back negative.
Has anyone expierenced this?
any advice on the best way to get pregnant with PCOS?
