Very Easy 10 points!!?
Question:
My period is always heavier on the 2nd day! So I dont know where the bathroom or anything is. And There are ususally ALOT of people in the bathroom! So im VERY scared!
I dont know why im so scared though. Im just always scared that I might leak haha. Please give me some tips =]
Answers:
Make sure to wear a pad or tampon that is meant for a heavy or overnight period. If you are afraid of going to the bathroom, don't wear a tampon because after a few hours you will have to take it out. Just be aware if your bottom or anything feels wet and if you have a friend, ask her to look for you if you are scared. Also, become familiar with the bathrooms! You're going to have to use them sometime right?
Always keep a pad in your pocket and don't be afraid to change it on a regular basis. Of course you don't want to leak on your clothes, and changing your pad regularly will help avoid that. You might try wearing two pairs of underwear to make sure your pad is snug and stays in place too. Wearing dark pants doesn't hurt either.
A.Wear a pad and a tampon.
b.Wear 2 pads
c.wear a pad and a pantiliner
d.wask for a map of the school in the front office if they have em.

i think you should buy tampons, theyre easy to use and they can be left on for up yo 8 hours
wear a tampon and a pad at the same time, this will help with the leakage that may occur. Also when your walking in your school find the bathrooms so you know where they are. Also if you are in different classes, and you have just a study break, ask to use the restroom then. Most teachers won't mind when it is study time. Its ok to be scared with othre people in there, I wouldn't worry to much about it.

Find out where the bathrooms are, and make sure you have plenty of stuff with you. Nothing to be scared of. (Except don't wear really light clothing)

to prevent leaking, bring lots of pads w/ u and be sure to change them often! just in case, bring an extra pair of pants w/ u. hope this helps and good luck!
My 2nd day is always the worst too. Make sure to carry alot of pads w/ you. Also, right before school, put on 2 pads, not one ontop the other, but rather I put one that is closer to the top and one closer to the back of the underwear. They also overlap a little in the middle area. This way if you cant get to the bathroom asap, you have extra coverage. Also, if you have some, I always wear black sweat pants. It would also be a good idea to bring an extra pair of pants or shorts. Something that you can carry around in your purse so if the worst happens, your prepared. Good luck!!
If ur changing peel softly or flush when in the stall to cover up the sound. And if your worried someone might see dont drop your underwear below the bottom of the stall. Hope this helps or if i anwsered your question. And if you dont want someone to see your period on the back of your pants if *it* overflowed wear a jacket around your waist and keep one in handy. Bring an extra pad,too.
