PLEASE Help!!?
Question:
My period is always heavier on the 2nd day! So I dont know where the bathroom or anything is. And There are ususally ALOT of people in the bathroom! So im VERY scared!
I dont know why im so scared though. Im just always scared that I might leak haha. Please give me some tips =]

1st take a step back and relax. Just use a tampon and wear a panty liner if you are scard that you might leak. Use the bathroom in between classes to double check and good luck. Hope that helps.

as soon as you get to school find out where each bathroom is. carry lots of pads with you and an extra pair of underwear and pansts. just in case.
same thing happens to me sometimes. ask some friends if they no where its is and go during luch, it might not be so crowed.
Claim to be sick tomorrow if you are that worried about it. Or wear dark pants. Think positive that nothing will go wrong. The more you think about it the worse it will be ..
Come a little early at school and learn your way around. then you can find the easiest and less crowded route to class and the bathroom. Good luck!

Have you ever tried tampons? If not, you could get one of the larger pads (they don't show through your pants, I spent years wearing them) to accommodate your heavier flow. Put some of the wrapped pads in the bottom of your purse so that when you do find the bathroom, you can change, and you will feel better to be able to feel fresh. There may be a lot of people in the bathroom, but there are should be doors on the stalls and a box inside the stall to dispose of your pad (fold it over and wrap it with toilet paper). Don't be embarassed...most of the girls in the bathroom have been through the same thing before.

Yea, just go and try to locate all of the bathrooms that you go by every day on your schedule, and carry extra pants/ pads.
just try to go to the less crowded bathrooms.
*Open some pad wrappers now so that you don't have to go through the whole opening and rustling thing.
*Wear a very absorbent tampon and a very absorbent pad.
*Flush the toilet when you're opening the stuff so people can't hear it.
*Ask a teacher where the bathroom early in the morning so you know in advance.
*Check for leaks at every chance you have (break, lunch, after school etc)

P.S. You could also get a friend to go in the cubicle next to you and flush the toilet so that it's easier for you.
if you're using tampons put either a panty liner or pad in your panties or if your using pad use a larger one and wear dark pant try to get to school early so you can find out where the bathrooms are also bring a change of clothes just in case
