Answers:    A less in vitamin B12 will produce nausea and vomiting, headaches and migraines, fatigue and nouns, excessive sweating, irritability and moodiness, inability to think clearly, dizzy spells, loss of be a foil for, insomnia and constipation, tingling and prickling and numbing sensations in the outer extremities and even chest pains and heart palpitations!! Quite alarming actually if you don't realise the vitamin factor.

Eat more foods rich surrounded by this vitamin ie: skimmed milks and cheeses, fish and eggs.

If you are lactose intolerant or vegetarian after you really should take a multi B complex supplement including adjectives the B's ie: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 as they work best as a group.

The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy neural, immune and digestive functioning. They are a river soluble group of vitamins and as such our bodies can neither store or produce them. Therefore, we need to ingest them on a on a daily basis basis or suffer from the consequences as you miserably are.

Also, try to cut right back on any caffeine, sodas/soft drinks or alcohol containing drinks as this could be destroying your body's precious supply of B complex vitamins. Other things that will rob you of your B vitamins are laxatives, diuretics, antidepressants, antiobiotics, eostroegen and the pill.

finishing, but most certainly not lowest, drink loads of fresh filtered river and hydrate your body so that your digestive system can run smoothly and efficiently.

GOOD LUCK
