First of all, neither of you are fat. 120 lbs for 5'4 is a perfect weight.
If either of you want to consider losing weight, then what you need to do is talk to your doctor about how much weight (if any) to lose and how it will be done. Please don't take the advice of strangers on the Internet that do not know you, can not see you, do not care about you, and half the time have absolutely no clue what they are talking about.

my sister is healthy an she is 15 an she weighs from 90 - 100 max, she is in good shape, im underweight though

i dont see the point that yall need to lose weight.
5'1" should weigh 105 lbs Healthy weight range is 95-115 lbs
5'4" should weigh 120 lbs Healthy weight range is 108-132 lbs
She should lose about 20 pounds and do it sensibly, slowly and nutritiously. She should go to a nutritionist, ask her nurse or doctor for a resommendation because 15 year old girls are still growing. You could lose 10-25 pounds but no more, see my advice to her. Good luck girls!
Holy jeez, STOP ALREADY! I might as well go into the medical field as a doctor and give up piercings, because the way you kids are tearing up your bodies now for the sake of "looking good" for other people's approval, you'll NEED the extra medical attention when you get older! I'm 5'7" and 125 and feel great at this weight. General rule is 100 pounds for 5 feet and 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet. At 5'4" and 120 you're perfect.
You guys are not fat, you should just start exercising together, eating healthier and drink lots of water and that will make you feel better about you body and make you look a lot leaner without being unhealthy.
i'm 15 and I'm like 5'4" and I weigh like 120ish and I'm not fat so that means you arent either! You dont need to lose weight. (haha even though i tell myself i have to go on a diet, but i really dont need to). Your friend could probably lose a bit of weight but i dont think shes fat.just average.
