My big toe one my right foot feels numb and tingly.but also my stomach storts to hurt and I feel like I'm going to throw up.And i get hoarse...Thx

It may be your feet are getting larger and you need shoes to accommodate them.
You don't give your age, but could your stomach be hurting due to possibly about to start your periods? Talk to mom.
The nausea may be the heat.
This time of year with school starting and all, sore throats will appear in many people, they have more contact with each other daily and (ick) the germs spread.
