Mature tampon question...?
Question:
Answers:
Angle and lubrication; if you're having problems, put a little bit of vaseline on the end of the applicator if it is a plastic one.
You're most likely not inserting it properly. And why is your bf inserting your tampons?!?! Sentence structure is important :-)
Follow the instructions in the package and you should be fine.
Try different positions while trying to put it in (I know that sounds weird) Like, try proping your leg up on a counter or squatting. If it doesn't work and it still really bothers you, then you can go to a gyno and ask them.
Oh, I had the same problem when I was younger! I could not figure out how to get it in. Finally, with some practice and relaxing helped a lot too, I got it. I personally prefer pads though because I'm scared of getting TSS...but I know lots of girls prefer tampons. You might try OB, they are smaller and fit right over your finger. I thought they were the easiest. Good luck.
Get in a comportable position and relax. Use a gentle glide or a tampax pearl. You can be a virgin and use one.
Your cervix is probably getting in the way. Have you tried putting it in standing up? or laying down? you have to try it from every angle and every position imaginable until you find out what works for you.I finally figured that I can do it standing, but I have to either push angled to the left or the right to get it in the correct plsce. Otherwise my cervix gets in the way, and it becomes quite uncomfortable.
Also try plastic, it may not be has ecologic but to start it's easier.
When, i used it for the first time my mom gave me mirror try it it may help you
Good luck sweety!
ur boyfriend? how does he kwn diid he actually tried?! LOL jkin , maybe u need to pay attention in helth class
Try Playtex gentle glide. Stand with one foot up on the toilet seat or bathtub. When inserting the tampon, instead of holding it straight up, angle it like you are aiming for the top of your butt crack/ bottom of your back.
By angling it back toward your butt, you should be able to slide past the muscular area along the front of the vagina and get alongside/underneath your cervix.
