What could have caused my menstrual cramps to stop coming?

Question:
Usually every month without a doubt, I'm in a lot of pain due to menstrual cramps. But to my surprise, I have went 2 months without experiencing any cramps. Now, I'm not complaining at all because I'm loving every bit of it. I just want to know what could have caused them to go away...because whatever it is I want to keep doing it to prevent it from coming back. :-)

Answers:
Some reasons cramps may go away or become less intense are: having a baby, increased exercise all month long, drinking more water, cutting caffeine from one's diet. Congrats and may they not come back!

P.S. I'm jealous. :)
ENJOY IT!! I don't know that there is anything that you can continue doing to prevent cramps. A women's body is a very complex thing that has a mind of it own.
your menstrual cramps stopped probably for the following reasons:
1. if you have given birth, menstrual cramps will stop

2. if you have stopped taking lots of sugary things, menstrual cramps will stop
