LOL I do too, especially if he enters from the back... I think it's from not breathing properly.. I have always wondered this. Also my nose can get plugged, all the sudden. It's strange! At least now I know it's not just me LOL

First of all, you are supposed to get the headache before, just kidding. It could be high blood pressure, although generally people are more relaxed not strained post-coital. Several possibilities, if you are concerned mention it to your Gyn. Are there other symptoms, itching (not necessarily down there), rashiness? Some women are allergic to their husband's sperm, or develop the allergy after having their husband's baby (sounds strange but true). Like I said several possibilities, get checked out to assure good health and hopefully get rid of these nasty headaches.

When you are having intercourse all of the blood rushes to the genitals. Then, when you orgasm, the blood rushes back to the rest of your body- which can sometimes cause a headache. I'm sure I'm missing a few important parts... but that's the gist of it.
