Symptoms...What's wrong with me?
Question:
Exhaustion, moodiness, sadness, not remembering stuff, cold feet and hands, hair loss NOT EXTREME, but whenever I undo my hair from a ponytail, a bunch falls :(, my fingernails are peeling, my eyes are really puffy, I have longer and PAINFUL menstrual period, shortness of breath, sensetivity to light, and weight loss... what the heck is wrong with me?
Oh, and I JUST quit smoking... like 2 weeks ago; I thought that will make my health better, not worse!
Answers:
I would definitely get your thyroid checked. You could definitely be suffering from a thyroid problem.
When I was diagnosed, my hair was falling out and terribly thin, heart palpitations, constantly tired, very terrible moods, periods, digestive problems.
I was hyperthyroid.
It's a simple blood test.
But either way I would definitely go to the dr...those symptoms aren't normal.
maybe low iron I would go get checked out if I were you
Wait a couple more weeks. the chemical are not out of you system yet.

go see a doctor at once!!! we are not qualified medically and you could be risking your health here love from the 2penn orths
It sounds like it could be a combination of things. The first half of your symptoms sounds like CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and there are a lot of female problems that could lead to ther other half. Definitely go to the gyno about the painful periods, if left untreated it could become a worse problem than just painful periods. If you're not taking a women's daily vitamin everyday i would start it can improve your general health. My OB/GYN told me to take vitamin E along with my daily vitamin for painful periods (and it's great for skin, nails, and hair).
Looks like from your picture your listing to port (leaning to the left). I'd check you ballast and have the deck hands shift you cargo.
