How can i lose like 10lbs in 1 or 2 weeks?

i had a diet guaranteed to lose 1 stone in 1 week. i have done it a few times in an emergency.

day
1 bfast as much grapefruit as u like 1 slice dry toast
lunch any fruit as much as u like
tea 1 skinless chicken breast as many tomatos as u like

day 2 bfast 2 slices toast/bread grilled tomatoes, as many as u like.
lunch- cucumber,lettuce,mushrooms, tomato, peppers, spring onions and 2 eggs
tea, 2 grilled lamb chops and any of the above vegies

day 3- bfast 2 slices toast,grapefruit grilled tomato

lunch- grilled chicken breast any salad above

tea- 1 steak any salad as above

day 4- day 1

day 5 -day 2

day 6- day 3

day 7- bfast- 2 slices toast, with 2 poached eggs.

lunch- any fruit or veg

tea- grilled chicken breast with all veg
fruit as dessert.

i would recommend u visit ur doctor before u do this though. it can be a shock to your system. it knocks the carbs out and u do feel very drained by day 6. i am a fool to do it myself but it has helped in emergencys.

It really depends on how close you are to your assigned insurance chart weight. If you have a lot to lose, it my be quite easy to lose ten pounds, but if you are close to your chart weight, you may have to work on it quite a bit, and then it may only be water weight.

Weight Watchers has a cabbage soup, that I found useful when I wanted to charge up the weight loss. If you eat the soup for dinner every day and stick 100 percent to the weight watcher's diet and walk your exercise. with any luck you may see that ten pound weight loss. I know it happened to me and boy was I surprised. Best results is stick strictly to the program. Which has a lot of lee-way to work with.

Here are my suggestions:
-First off, keep in mind wieght loss THAT fast, can be not only unhealthy, but VERY easily gained back. So I suggest making the goal two weeks, and not just one.
-From personal experience I'd suggest a form of Atkins...I probably have a sensitivity to bread products, and have an extremely high metabolic resistance, but once I went on it, it worked, the initial wieght loss was quick, and it stayed off if I kept my complex carbohydrates to a minimum.
-HOWEVER, it shouldn't be used as a free pass to eat a bunch of grease ridden meats and cheeses. You need to keep it low in saturated fats too.
-Additionally, keep an eye on calories, since it is what your body will burn. If you eat a pound of meat and cheese, that is more than enough calories for one day. Hence, your body will use what you ate, not what you're storing (which is what you want to lose!)
-I suggest lean ground turkey meat, chicken, shrimp, fish, turkey bacon, olive oil, salads and veggies.
- Cut back, or just eliminate, sodas (I'm addicted to diet dp, so I know it's hard)
-If you are vegetarian, try eggs, or just doing the veggies with olive oil.
-Try supplementing your diet with Chromium Picolinate (it helps metabolism).
-Drink a lot of H2O, it flushes the system, and keeps you running smoothly =)
- Exercise, it's amazing what even 10 minutes a day will do. However, if you don't have the time (or the motivation, which is my problem ;)
...Get some ankle wieghts. I have some 5 lb. ones, and I wear them around the house, and under my pants...it just gives your body a little more exercise.
- Most importantly, treat your body the way you know you should! It will respond to your good treatment =)
