Gotta go swimming but im on my pireod?

Question:
ok so i have to go swimming tomorrow because im in the program and this lady takes me places and tomorrow shes taking me swimming and im on my pireod so what should i do any tips

Answers:
Put in a tampon and go swimming. Just remember to put in a fresh one after you finish swimming because the pool water goes up through the string and your tampon will soak up the pool water, too. Good Luck!
wear a tampon
Nothing if you use tampons. Just do what you normally do during your period. Swimming won't affect it. You just change it when you are finished and getting dresed.

If you can't use tampons just tell the lady that you won't be able to go swimming and why. I can't imagine it would be a problem.
A tampon is the only way to solve that problem. Unless you want an out to having to go, then just tell her that you have your period.
A tampon always works.
Hope everything works out for you!
Wear a tampon.

wear a tampon . . . or just tell her about it and maybe she can take you somewhere else instead?

Good Luck !
If you truly do not want to go swimming.just tell the person that you would love to go swimming but you are on your period and could we plan on doing something else. I would tell her as soon as possible. Like everyone else says, use a tampon if you still care to go swimming.
