Question:
I was on Alesse for 5 years. I was switched to the generic Aviane recentely. I didn't realize my new gyno. prescribed the generic until I filled the prescription. Anyone feel a chage w/ the generics like I do? I've gained 10 lbs. and am bloated/gassy/constipated since taking the generics. I've never taken generic drugs before. I am not able to get the name brand anymore because I've been told it's been discontinued.

First of all, if you feel a change between the former b/c and the new one and no one else is complaining it still does not mean this new medication is good for you. If you suffer from it go to your doctor, but first read all the side effects of Aviane
