Period and nausea?

Question:
The past year or so, I've been having terrible nausea the day before my period. Almost like I've eaten something bad or a stomach virus...does anyone else have this symptom? Is it normal?

Answers:
This could be PMDD. Ive included a link to show you some symptoms. Daily birth controls like Yaz can help alot.
I have nausia during my period. You might want to get to a doctor. Something could be wrong.
Normal, no. Common, yes. Do you get a terrible headache at the same time? Talk to your doctor, and track your symptoms and the days before your period when this happens. There are great treatment options available, so don't just suffer, do something to help yourself. You'll be a lot happier and in a lot less pain! I used to get such terrible nausea and headache pain that I took to my bed for one day every month till I finally talked to my doctor. I won't tell you what I was taking or what the doctor told me, so nobody thinks I am diagnosing you, but seriously, see the doctor!
Every woman has a different symtoms during their period, just bear with it.

Maybe you can try herbal products of 'Manjakani' (Oak Gall). It helps to regulate your period as well as improve your intimate area.
