Question:
Righ after my period sex is fine. About 2 weeks before my period is due sex just hurts. Its right around my ovaries are maybe uterus, really low. It feels like someones stabbing me or something. It's horrible. Does anyone know what this is? It's not and std or infection. i've been checked and its only like this a few weeks every month. I'm not sure if it's anything to go to the doc about or not. thanks

It sounds as if this is occurring when you are ovulating and although some women can experience a little discomfort, yours seems most unpleasant. Do be on the safe side and see a doctor for your own peace of mind and future comfort.
