That is VERY normal. You may just be one of the few women who have 2 periods in a month. But since you JUST got it, it should start becomming regular in the next 3 years. I think you should do what you feel most comfortable with the tampon/pad siuation. good luck doll
chill. its completely natural. i was like that when i first started, too. your period will be irregular for the first 2 year or so, so don't worry. as for tampons, i advise you wait a couple months at least before you use them.

Is this your first year of having periods? If so, they'll be irregular, or may be irregular for the first two years. You may get your period every 18 days, instead of the regular 20 some days. If you're worried about this, go see a gynecologist to see if something may be causing it.
Now, for the tampons, whenever you feel comfortable using them. It's up to you. Make sure you read the instructions and research the different brands. Experiment with different brands and find out what you like best. I reccommend O.B., Playtex, or Kotex is even better because it's pure cotton, with hardly any additives. It would suck if you had an allergic reaction to the ones with the scent in them. I'd try to stay away from the scented ones.
Happened to my friend, don't worry! Your cycle can be irregular for up to 2 years, longer in some cases. Liners can't handle period flow, they are just for discharge, or for the VERY light flow at the end of your period. Wear pads just in case it's a kinda false alarm. Don't worry about it, you're perfectly normal! Hope this helps xo
