Drop breast size without a reduction?
Question:
My waist is smaller than a size 6 and my boobs are a 10dd. Makes it hard to buy clothes, But I don't have any back problems.
I was wondering if there were any excercises that could help with this problem? I'm really not interested in going to such extremes as having a reduction.

Since breasts are made mostly up of fats, you can do light weightlifting to try and reduce the size of your chest. Lie on your back with dumbells and push straight up, anything with a chest exercise could make them smaller, You might not get down to your desired size though since your breast size is inherited from your mother. If she's big, then your suck!
ok well I'm not sure what you mean by a "10" DD. but if you have DD sized breasts and you are already very thin then there is nothing you can do. you can't loose weight because you would become very sick. sorry but you can't really do anything to get rid of them.
If you are already skinny there is nothing you can do except have a breast reduction.
If you have a little weight on you now that you want to lose, you MAY lose in your breasts, it just depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.
If they are more dense, you won't lose. If they are more fatty, you may lose.
I had breast reduction surgery Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit! It is totally worth it if you have back pain and other health issues related to your breasts.
Alm, different countries have different sizing. She's a 10DD in another countries size, translates to 32DD US sizing.
