Answers:
Big girls do cry! Every time I hear those words in Fergie's song, I cringe. It's like she's saying, "It's not okay to express your feelings."
In fact it's more than okay to cry. It's a good way to let go of the built up stress and emotions we carry. If you hold it in, you set yourself up for many possible health problems.
It's best to let it go. If I feel a lot of stress building, I'll watch a movie or listen to a song that helps me connect with my emotions. A good cry always helps!
I hope this helps.
Take care.

Actually everyone should cry. Its the healthiest way to express your emotions.
no, that is not true. my grandmother still cries once in a while!! lol. also, it is good to cry every now and then. if you keep it all inside, it will make it worse...it could even eventualy make you sick.
even if you dont need to cry,. maybe just talk, do it! dont listen to anyone or any song that may tell you that crying or venting is for kids. it isnt. my mom an di do it all the time!

no...there's no person in the world that is able to stay their whole life without crying...we cry because we have feelings, we cry because we're sentimental, we cry to express our thoughts and feelings.we all cry whether we are big or little
