It sounds like you are wearing an ill fitting bra. Lots of shops do fittings for free, although it's worth noting that bra sizes can vary quite a bit due to style, manufacturer, etc, so you shouldn't take the result of the fitting as gospel, and should always try a bra on before buying it.
A bra should fit snugly round the underbust - buy a bra that fits snugly on the largest hook, so that if the elastic stretches you can tighten it. It should lie parallel to the floor all the way around - if it gets pulled up at the back by the shoulder straps then the band is too big. Likewise if the shoulder straps dig in - the support should come mainly from the band and not the straps. The cups should not have any space or sagginess in them, nor should they dig in to your breasts.

Could be close to time for your period. That happens to me as well. They get really sore to the touch, even wearing a bra becomes painful. Take some Ibuprofen (Motrin) or some Aleve and Good luck!
if there is lumps go to the doctar and get cheacked out for Beast Cancer I hope you don't have it
