It's caused by wearing clothing that is too tight in that area your body needs to be able to breathe.
For ze prevention of crotch rot, ze gusset should be nice unt airy darlink, hope zis helps.
clothes being to tight, sexual passed if your partner has it, blood sugar problems,& taking antibiotics are a few things that cause it. It is a yeast infection. eat yogurt with active cultures and wear underwear with cotton crotches. (i know that was a awful word to use but I could not think of anything else)
