well...an upward bend would feel better for a standard missionary posistion...but you should get kinky w/ it and do it all sorts of ways and you could please someone just as good as an upward bend...so it doesnt exactly matter

theoretically an upward bend would be better for sex because it puts pressure on the g-spot, though i'm sure there are positions where a downward bend would hit the g-spot instead.
