Answers:
Everyone develops at different ages. You might not be that far into puberty yet. The other girls might be. It also has a lot to do with genetics. Take a look at your mom, you have her genes in you, and theres a good chance you will look similar to her, assuming she doesn't have any changes made to her. Don't worry about it though, everything about yourself makes you unique, you will grow eventually.
no you can only squeeze them m and try to stretch them out
i am a girl i am not joking
dont feel bad
everyone develops at their own pace,
but in the meantime you can try a pushup bra thats also padded. also it might be a myth, but i heard calcium makes em slightly bigger
Every girl develops at her own pace. Puberty is slight different for every girl.

Sorry, but there isn't anything you can do. Girls very a lot in when their breasts develop. It's too early to know whether yours will stay smaller, or whether they will just suddenly fill out. It's out of your control.
your only 14 so give it time and let nature take its course there is nothing you can do
I was reading a magazine, I believe it was Cosmo, that most girls are not actually fully developed until they are 25 years old. So you have a long time to grow!
well there are some foods you can eat to make them grow but i don't know how much
