Answers:
i am 13 too and about 5 foot also.

and you probly arent fat at all.
most of the weight we have is water weight.
if you get rid of the water weight then you can start loosing your real weight.

excersizing is the best thing to do.
like walk, jog,or bike something like that for 30 minutes to 1 hour a day.

eatting right-dont eat alot of candy and junk food.its not good for you and makes you gain weight.

and dont worry about the inches on ur arms and thies.its not a big thing.some people are big boneded.
spell check is like free on here lol

run, work out, dont eat fast foods
put the burger down, it may help your spelling. geeze people come on.
This is normal...learn to spell and it will go away
nah i dnt think ur fat
if u fill fat just do some more excercise and eat healthily
start exercising losing weight is more than just eating healthy but you must keep in mind that it is still a huge factor in weight lose i would suggest eating about 1200 calories a day and have about six small 200 calorie meals. but dont forget about the sugars and fats in the foods.
