okay, so i have an appointment with plannedparenthood tomarrow morning at 8 am. It took me forever to get in. My friend was telling me of everything required to bring in and it was like Social Security Card, birth certificate, check stub and Driver's License. The only problem is now, it is after business hours at plannedparenthood and my birth certificate is NOWHERE to be found!!! I am freaking out because it took me forever to get in and i really need some birth control...my question is... does anyone know if i can use a passport in place of my birthcertificate??? because i just recently got a passport and it has all the info on there.please help, also i know that i can go get another birth certificate, it is just that the courthouse does not open until later hours.

It probably depends on where you live. Here they would just tell you to bring it in next time and go ahead and do the appointment. I wouldn't worry too much about it. You could offer to bring it in later that day. Only other thought is, if your current employer has a copy in your personell file, maybe you could make a copy of it?
