Birth Control help!?

Your best bet would be to talk to your OBGYN about switching pills. Personally, I know that Yaz raised my sex drive heavily, while Yasmin (though it's only a generic brand of Yaz) killed it.
Good luck! But I think talking to your doc about it would be your best bet!
I started taking Seasonale about six weeks ago and I feel really good, just a little more emotional at times. But no sexual side effects, and only four periods per year! I'm happy about that.
Well, IUDs are recommended only for people who are in "stable, monogamous relationships" (that's what my pamphlet says), and it's what I use.
There are two different kinds: copper and progesterone. Copper is good for up to 10 years; progesterone for up to 5. I chose copper because progesterone is the same hormone used in Depo shots, and when I was on that between my son and my twins, I had NO sex drive. I did it, oh, maybe once every two months. Now I am much more amenable... plus, the copper IUD is 98.5% effective in the least effective clinical test, requires no cleaning or upkeep, and I don't have to worry about forgetting it.
