Not a weight problem but.?


Question:
i have never been heavy but lately i have this unsightly pouch. i'm a rather petite person and i had been try to gain weight the healthy way but not gain the visible weight. i'm not insecure. i'm actually very happy with my body and i love excercise. is there an excersive that i can do to smooth out the pouch to get my flat tummy back? (sit ups don't work)

I think you should go on a diet . Like maybe get a personal trainer or go to the gym often . Or if you want you can eat vegetable , salads , fruit , and drink diet coke ! Trust me diet coke really helps , you should try it . I hope everything works out and GOOD LUCK !
you could do a few crunches. not sit ups tho. lift your legs up like u see on the infomercialls. im petite myself. but everyone has a pouch crunches cover them up
Maybe you are eating too many carbohydrates. You don't need to count them or anything but try to cut them out when you can - like toast with plain peanut butter instead of a PB&J with two slices of bread oozing with sugary jelly. Keep desserts controlled very carefully and allow yourself one serving a day. For example dish out ice cream in a small drinking glass instead of a bowl.

Get in about forty five minutes of good hard excercise every day. If you add muscle mass to your body it will even out your fat composition. So weight training might help too...since you are petite it might be a good idea to stat out with 5 pound weights. Drink water whenever you feel hungry and if you are still hungry 5 minutes later it's time to get something to eat.

I used to be underweight too and when I gained weight it first showed up as a pooch. Now I have evened out through the body and look curvy and muscular, not thin with a bulging belly. You might need to wait for the weight to distribute evenly throughout the body because for some people it goes to one place in the beginning. So don't feel discouraged.

If you follow my tips and still don't see results a doctor and/or nutritionist might be able to help. Running will also help burn off some of that excess fat.
maybe crunchies and if it still doesn't go away surgery is the only way or you could pray!

Control your belly muscles 16x/day and after one week..do it 32x or as you want to do it over and over..don't hold your breath while exercising your pouch muscles.
