It depends on your cycle. To really get an idea of how long your cycle tends to be, you have to keep track of it. In a regular place (I use the last page of my diary), write down the first day of your period (the first day you see blood) and the next time you write down the first day of your period, write down how many days passed in between the two periods (from first day to first day). After several months of this, you should begin to see a pattern forming and will get an idea of how many days pass before your cycle begins again. It's a good idea to keep it up to keep track of your cycle and any variations. Also, you'll have an idea of when to expect your period.
Its usually the same time every month..
like now.
if a normal 28 day cycle around the same time this month
Forget the dates__what you expect will never happen_it's always a mystery. Some times you are regular & when you are planning whatever the curse will show up.
