I'm 16 and 5'2". what is a healthy weight?

It really just depends on your body structure. My mom and I are about the same weight and she is losing weight and going to weigh less than me and I am pretty thin! But it is just different with her because her body is different than mine. I think just as long as you feel good about yourself!

I think people are beautiful the way they are. Just make sure you eat healthy, and exercise. Don't let magazines tell you that you are "FAT."

I did it for your height--- normal weight range is 101-136lbs. Under 101 is considered UNDER WEIGHT. Over 136 is considered OVER WEIGHT!!

I'd say 110-125 is ideal
i'd say about 110-135 would be good for your height and age. thats just my opinion. i wouldnt go too overboard or too underweight.

At 16 you should have more important issues than your weight, you should be thinking about music, clothes, school, friends and parties!

Your ideal weight is what you are comfortable with, dont eat too much junk food, exercise sometimes and have fun!
