Any ladies taking Evening Primrose oil capsules for PMS?

Do they really work?What are the side effects?

Answers:
I took it for eczema, but found to my delight that it also helped my PMS! So yes it does help, although it may just lessen the symptoms rather than completely getting rid of them.
There are no bad side effects...good side effects, your skin, hair and nails will improve :D
