My BMI is 16.6 and you should be 18.5 but the doctor says I'm healthy. What do you think?
I am 5'5 and 100 pounds. What should I do? I eat all the time I dont starve myself or anything.
Answers:
Your BMI score is reflection of your muscular makeup and fat percentage. Muscles are more dense than fat so if your fat percentage is lower and you have solid, strong muscles then you are healthy. Besides, the BMI score does not take into consideration that your height may not reflect your muscle tone and that your age may also contribute to the "supposed to be" score. Best of luck.

Question For Those Who Have Had Breast Reduction?
It depends how old you are. If your 15 or younger then you will be fine. Once you reach a certain age you gain a lot more when you eat. Just be happy your skinny now, because once you reach that point you wish you had it back. Try to weightlift as well, because muscle weighs more than fat. And dont be worried to weightlift because females dont bulk up.
