How long after taking Nuvaring out should you start your period?

Question: I took mine out on the 1st and today is the 4th and still havent started. And I am supposed to put my new one in on the 8th. I took a pregnancy test and it is negative.

Answers:
I would think you would get it today honestly. But call your GYN on Monday. By the way, i was on Nuvaring when it first came out and wound up getting pregnant. My doctors said i didnt do it right but i know of another girl that got pregnant on nuvaring as well. Plus my boyfriend said he could feel it. No birth control is 100% though, as you know, do i learned my lesson and use back up :) hope that helps and that you get your period today :)
