Bathing suit problem..?
Question:

You could use band-aids ( it's not that weird, a lot of women do that). Where a cami over it ( no sleeves so no hotter) ask a fellow lifeguard because if you are all wearing the same suit, they would have the same problem. Also, as an added note, nipples are not gross!
If everyone's wearing the same suit, I'm sure everyone has the same issue and it isn't a big real. Don't worry about it.
Put bandaids over your nipples or go buy some nipple shields.
wear a strapless padded bra.
try putting the padding from another bathing suit you have in your lifeguard uniform, but the only thing is, they might shift around. Sorry that i'm not much of a help!
go down to walmart and buy the gel inserts. They will make you look a little larger, but will cover your nipples and stay in place.
And btw - you won't be the only one with nipples in the pool
tape ur boobs. lol. idk..
try...tape..a cami..a tank top...
Im sure other women have this problem
ask another female lifeguard that maybe works there what they do.
wear a bra underneath?
talk to the management and ask for different uniforms?
I suggest that you wear a strapless bra/bathing suit top underneath your lifeguard swimsuit. It really does help and you would feel way more comfortable.
The suit is fine as it is. Don't worry about it. Nipples aren't gross.
