School phsyical?

Question:
I haven't told my parents that I got my period. I have to have a phsyical so I can do sports. Can the doctor tell if I have gotten it ?

Answers:
You will most likely be asked if you've begun to menstruate yet, but a doctor can't tell just by looking at you.

And what's the big deal, anyway? EVERY girl menstruates eventually, and your mother WILL eventually find out (trust me on this one!), so why hide it?

Oh, BTW, always be ABSOLUTELY honest with the doctor when he/she asks you questions.your health and maybe your life may depend upon your honesty.
No, not from a general physical. The doctor may ask you if you have begun to have your cycles though.
no they cant tell but almost always ask you if you've gotten it tell your mom!
well, normally, you have a physical form to fill out that gets sent to the school, and on it (at least in my school area) there is a place for your period dates. but as far as the actually checkup, no, they don't do anything other than a physical checkup. and why haven't you told at least your mom? it shouldn't be a huge deal. : )
yes why not why are girls so embarrassed man it isn't like your mom hasn't been there
i dont know but you should tell your mom you started and the doctor to when he/she asks i had stared my cycle then i went to the doctor and then she felt alittle over my pantie line and she was like when did you start your cycle i was like wat how did you know
i'm sure they are going to ask you just tell the doctor it is nothing to be emabarrassed about
