You should always have any color or texture changes checked out by a professional. Vulva cancer, the mouth if you will to the vagina, inside the second set of lips, is first detected by discoloration, usually a white patch and a bit chalky in appearance. I don't know if it can appear brown. You said spots as in several, cancer of the vulva is usually one spot. But you need to go to your gyno. Don't wait.
Why don't you go to the doctor? Nobody here could answer you accurately.
not freckles... go see ur doc. or obgyn
Ask your doctor. It is possible to get skin cancer down under, so make an appointment asap just to be on the safe side.
I'm sure you mean the outer covering of flesh area, as the vagina is inside the body. The brown spots , if they are flat only are likely sounding like birth marks or moles. They can be anywhere on the body. You might not have noticed them before. I have seen ones on my arms at times I never noticed before. Age spots don't look like you describe. They can be more spread out than a freckle looks.
It may sound odd to have them there , but I recall when my daughter was a baby that I saw a spot on her bottom that I discovered was a birth mark or mole , when I gave a diaper change..lol. I wouldn't worry about it any or get it checked unless it bleeds, it has a sudden change like it getting very dark, irregular shaped or grows big suddenly.
