Question:
i've lost over 50 pounds (went down from a size 18 to a size 10), but i still have fat thighs and a posterior that really isn't good-looking. is it possible that i have cellulite??? what exactly IS it if i may have this??

Answers:
Congrats on the weight, how did you do it?? GOOD JOB!! BTW. if you lost that much weight its probably extra skin.
wow! congrates! how did you do it? got any tips? e-mail me? but for ur question.. sorry idk.
A lot of women (and a few men) have problems with cellulite. You could see a doctor or fitness specialist to determine the best solution for you (combination between changes in diet and exercise most likely). But the biggest things are to make sure you're eating a low-fat, high-protein, high-fiber diet (fiber is essential to get rid of cellulite), make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and get some kind of exercise every day (walking briskly for about 30 minutes is good... do you have a dog you can walk around the neighborhood? or a nearby park?)

By the way, congrats on losing 50 lbs!
Actually most who loose that much weight have alot of extra skin. You may want to look into cosmetic surgey to have tucks and lifts to tight your skin up. They can remove alot of that cellulite as well
