Girl Troubles HELP!?
Question:
And i dont like to show my " chas chas " off like everyone else i always wear a hoodie or a big shirt. and everyone always asks me if im hot when i wear the hoodie and it gets annoying.
I never like to go outside when i have my period or hang out with friends i usually tell them im sick or something . I never even like to shop. I only wear a panty liner because i dont get it super heavy. And everyong says tampons are better and i hate tampons and never did like them.

First off, you're just going to have to get over it. You are going to have it for the next 30-40 years. Showing off your "cha chas" has nothing to do with your period. If your flow is light, then there is nothing wrong with just using a panty liner.
Nothing to do, but to just get used to it. Sorry.
The only really annoying thing about periods are the fact that your underwear can get messy with blood and the cramps. But you can take pills for that and wear pads for your underwear.
I am 17 and STILL don't use tampons because I just don't feel comfortable with them on. I'm a pad/panty liner girl myself. You don't need to do what every other girl does on her period to make you feel comfortable. Just eat a lot of chocolate. :-D
I don't think there really is anything you can do unless you want to take birth control pills to completely miss it and that isn't recommended since there may be side effects. The pills aren't meant to be used that way but some women do it anyway. But the "icky" feeling is all just a part of being woman...otherwise eat chocolate..lots and lots of chocolate
uh...wats your question/problem??
id like to help i just dont really understand what your trieng to say.
im me at sammipenn on yahoo im
i can help you
there is really nothing to be scared about. if you act differently when you have your period people are more likely to know. girl who dont get their period arent "lucky" so you say. if they dont they wont be able to have children. so be happy that you do. just dont make a big deal over your period. its normal. and if you go outside and do more exercise it helps your period and can decrease pain tht you might feel. so embrace being a woman. and dont be scare of your period.
Sometimes being a girl just plain sucks. When "Aunt Flo" comes is one of those times. But you have to make a choice, do you want to hide yourself away or do you want to get out there and enjoy your life. Get out there. Life is short enough as is. You don't need to wear a hoodie to hide your cha chas. There are plenty of shirts out there that cover you up so you don't have to put your "goods" on show. Next time your feeling better, get yourself to a mall and get some new clothes.
It sounds like you're really not happy about turning into a woman. This not uncommon, but you use the word 'scared'. Why?
Sometimes young girls feel scared because they had to deal with unwanted and inappropriate sexual attention from men, even though they were still children. That bad experience can make the idea of sexual development scary because it might bring more bad/scary attention from men. Is that part of your story?
If so, you should find a trusted adult to talk to. You shouldn't have to feel scared. You should be able to feel good about yourself.
only thing you can do is get used to it. i remember i completely flunked my geometry test bc i was having such horrible cramps and backaches that i didnt even bother to look it over or even think about it. just handed it in and layed on my desk. then i went home for lunch and skipped my last two classes of the day bc it was that unbearable. but usually periods dont hurt that bad at all. i mean the icky feeling is absolutuly gross, but there is nothing you can do about it. you should hang out with ur friends though, you'd feel better, like go for pizza or donuts, or go to the deli and buy hords of chocolate. always fun. you dont get it heavy? more power to you. and those "lucky ones" you are tlaking about are not lucky. since its normal it means ppl who dont get it have something wrong perhaps anorexic and lost too much muscle to produce a lining (hey im not trying to give you ideas. dont even think about it) and these lucky ones cant have children. dont worry. it will get better. soon you will be comfortable to do everythign with your period...you wont have a choice. dont let your period take over ur life. and who cares if you dont show off ur "cha chas" thats called being modest and humble. nothing wrong with that. who wants to date a total skank. to get those idiots to stop asking say "yes, im extremely hot, but i dont want perverts like you to bask in my glorious chests" hah. and about the tampons, who cares? they make both pads and tampons for exactly this reason. freedom of choice. personally i think tampons are better. but its whatever you are more comfortable with
good luck!
First, you have a period every month. That's the end of it. You have to learn to deal with it.
Do not wear a pantyliner on your period, even if its not that heavy. I answered some of your other questions with this; shop for smaller pads. Nobody is going to know about your period if you have the right pad on to stop leaks. Wear trousers or jeans if it makes you feel more secure.
And why don't you go out? Its not like anybody is going to know. If you go shopping, you can go to the toilets and change your pad. Carry some in your bag. Don't let your period interupt your social life. As you get older, I'm sure you will get used to it and forget all these problems.
