Going To the bathroom in the morning?
Question:
I usually drink a sip or two of water b4 going to bed..and I alwasy go to the bathroom b4 bed too..BUT I wake up in the morning IN PAIN becuase I have to pee sooo bad! But I never wake up during the nite to pee! so when I finaly go in the morning..I am sore and it burns a little from holdin it!! what should I do?
( i'm an adult by the way.lol)

This is not unusual. This is ok that you sip some water before going to bed. Many people take some sort of drink or warm milk before they go to bed. And most of the people get up during night to pee once. So first of all, dont think it is unusual.
The question is why it pains in the morning when you go for urination? There could be many reasons. First of all I think that the colour of your urine is pale yellow and not clear white. If it is clear white, it is O.K. but there could be some sort of infection in the urinary tract. You should consult your GP or Doctor and either he will prescribe urine or blood tests or straightway he will prescribe some anti-biotics. Second, if the colour of your urine is pale-yellow, it means, during the day time, your water intake is quite less. You must not be drinking 7 to 8 glasses of water minimum per day. If this is the condition, then you start taking a lot of water during the day time, most of the anti-oxidants would be flushed out and things could be set right.
Finally, we should also understand that we must be very careful about the gentital cleanliness. I dont mean that you dont clean your genitals. What I mean is sometimes we dont do it carefully. Once or twice a week, use some antiseptic liquid or dettol while cleansing the private parts. I dont think it is very serious. However, if still it pains, then there could be a problem in the urethra or bladder or somethingelse. But to me it appears that there is nothing serious.
You should also avoid lots of junk food if you are already into it. Pizza, Speghetti, noodles, burgers, white bread etc. or ham, chilli, vinegar, other sauces etc. are also dangerous for health. Better you should and we all should have daily some fresh fruit, fresh green salad and freshly cooked vegetables. Just stop bringing any canned or tin articles in your kitchen. This is all poison and thats the reason of the ill health of the people. The problem is we all know about that but are lazy to cat the bell. Anyway, start with water, cleanliness, your doctor may be, and it will be alright. Good luck.
Um...u may have a bladder infection or UTI(urinary track infection). You should go see your doctor right away or as soon as u can get in to see him or her. You wouldn't want it to get worse so I'd go if I were u.
Everything that you wrote sounds normal, EXCEPT for the burning part. That is something that should be looked at. Try to get up in the middle of the night and pee, you might only let a little out but it might make you feel better in the morning.
well hunny i can happen if u have a yeast infection..u might wanna tell your doctor right away..i mean i can cause yeast infections..it has the simtoms of it so ya prolly
Even though you hardly drink any water it doesn't necessarily mean that you wont need the toilet as when you drink water, a fair amount of it is used by your body to perform it's day to day functions and it only reaches your bladder when your body has finished using it for whatever it uses it for so it can be some time after drinking it that you actually need to wee.
A good way of telling is that if your urine is clear, you body has enough water and whatever you drink will go straight through, but if your urine is yellow, you are dehydrated and your body will absorb the water you drink.
The burning sensation should not be happening and it could be that you have a dose of cystitis which your doctor should be told about as you will need to sort that out before it gets worse.
