my period always comes so early like 10 days before its meant to come!!
Why??! Does this happen to you??!!
Is there a way so you know whens its coming and to make it stop coming soooo early?

The average menstrual cycle is every 25-28 days after the last day of their period. Some cycles can be every 15-20 days starting on the day of the last period. Everyone's cycle length is different. If you're young then your periods might still be a little irregular. They even out within 2 years of having it. Good Luck!

If you are young, it is probably just irregular, and that is normal. If you have had your period for a few years, then you should talk to your doctor, just to be safe. Either way, if it really bothers you can go on birth control, and then you will always know exactly when it is going to start.
Normal Menstrual Cycle is 28 days give or take 7 days. Count from the first day of your menses (that's day 1) to the day right before your next menses start. Observe your "trend" or the usual range of days per cycle - that's how long your cycle is. It varies from woman to woman. If you have cycles that are shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days, better see your gynecologist.
