Could be an ingrown hair, could be a cyst. I would wait and see if it goes away in a week or two. I get them all the time and my doctor says no big deal. The way it was explained to me is that it is a collection of skin cells that gets trapped under the skin, pools together and forms a little bump. If I were to cut it open, it's just some white stuff. It is not necessarily and STD, nor it is contageous. It just looks funny. If it's just a bump, not an open sore, then it probably a zit or a cyst.
Give it a week.

if you just felt it today i'd wait a few days to a week before getting worried. sometimes the hair follicles can get infected and it might just be a little pimple or infected area.
if it seems to spread or doesnt go away soon get it checked out!

Lumps should always be evaluated by a doctor. It is probably nothing, btw, but you always want to get it checked anyway.
Anything out of the ordinary you should get it checked out by a OBgyn (gienacologist) just to be really safe. The reason most people have really bad medical problems is because they ttry to wait it out and hope that it gets better or clears up by itself. So please go get it checked out.
