Why cant you wear a bra? Not even a training bra? Well if bras are not an option try a cami/tank top with a buit in bra, it's not really a bra but it is an extra layer of cloth that makes them a little less noticeable and you don't take it off when you change for gym.
Yes, you can wear those tank tops with buit in bras every day and just wear your gym shirt over them. You also wear your normal shirt over them. Try and buy a few more than two though.

Why can't you wear a training bra? They sell them in most children clothes stores now-even Walmart. You should get your parent/guardian to seriously consider getting you one. Some places will even 'fit' you for one. I got my first bra from Macy's and they fitted me.

well yes you can wear a bra, but not one with a cup. you could wear a sports bra, which just kinda helps make them look more round and not pointy. or you could wear a cami wiht a built in bra which will do pretty much the same thing a sports bra would do.

You know the fact that you are growing is an incredibly new thing. I get the whole not wanting to change in front of anyone. Absolutely get a Tank w/ a built in bra or buy a training bra. It's a bra w/ out the underwire and it's like a sports bra only not so restrictive. As far as changing goes...just change in a brathroom stall...That willl suffice until you feel comfortable. I feel you sweetie and GOOD luck on becoming a woman..
Well, since you can't get a bra (even though i highly recomend that!) just wear a tank top under your clothes to school and then wear it under your gym uniform. Just make sure the teachers cant see it or else you might get in trouble.

Why CANT you wear a bra? No matter how small or big, girls who are starting middle school should probably wear one. I got my first cup bra when I was about to start middle school, and if your not ready for those get a training on.

Why can't you wear a bra? Just ask your mother. Yes, use those tank tops more often and don't wear the certain shirts that show you breast's. It is simple so don't worry. May I guess you're 10 or 11? Well don't worry mine were much bigger than yours when I was 10 so the girls in your middle school may have smaller or bigger than you. Don't worry.
