Im 13 how do i get from a size 30 in womens to a size 1?

but i know sweat is a sign your burning calories and i know that 4300 calories your losing of your body is just losing 1 pound wow
anybody have any suggestion i will do anything to look skinny not starve just get me out of this world with grezzy men/ boys i just want to look like a 13 year olds not 20 i really get mad to think i look older i just wanna throw my computer at those grezzy mens face (who hittted on me)

size 1? You'd be dead or dying. size 1 is for like little, little kids.
edit: At 5' 5", which is my height, you should weigh 125 -150 lbs. I would factor in some lean muscle mass into that weight and try not to go over or under 15-23% overall body fat.
Use light weights with lots of reps to get lean muscle mass. You don't need to look like a body builder but some lean muscle mass does help keep you healthier and help you lose weight.
Do some cardio too. cardio is good for burning calories. Ride the bike, use a jump rope, go swiming .. whatever, just find something you like.
As far as pants go, you should be wearing about an 8-10, no less then a 6 if you want to go extreme, which is the smallest on the small side.

youre going to have to work theres no easy way. a lot of determination and sacrifice. its great youre starting to work out early. talk to a doctor first see where youre starting and then communicate to your parents that you want to lose weight. be strong i wish you all the best
i guess you would have to completly cut junk food out of your diet. and exercize daily
Size 30?? Well...it might take awhile...just excercise and eat right...and you don't want to get down to a size one. Thats just sick. Get down to like a 10 or 9. I'm an 11.
trust me girl dont do that, all the girls i find that are attractive have a lil cusion on them, men dont like skinny woman,especially my black brothers, thick woman are the best and i bet that ur already beautiful so dont do something stupid
First of all, a guy wouldn't think you're 18 because of your waist size...They probably just think you're pretty. If age was assumed according to peoples waist-sizes, americans would be considered like...2000 years old. and by the way, its 3500 calories to burn a pound of pure fat, not just a normal pound. I don't know where you got 4300 from..
A size 1 is not healthy. Size 30 sounds like a great size to me.I think you young girls are too influenced by the girls on TV. Be happy with who you are. If you're healthy that's all that matters.
As far as the older men, there's no reason for greasy 20-year-old men to have access to your information or photos. Change your MySpace or Facebook or whatever sites on which you've posted your information to restricted access and you won't be having those problems. Be smart when you're online so you don't become a victim.
ok first of all what country are you from? because in america a size 30 for an 18 year old is HUGE! Like average size her for an 18 year old is a 6. 3500 calories burned is a pound lost, not 4300. and lower your standards. saying "30 to 1" is too discouraging. work your way down instead.
Um, first of all, 3500 calories = 1 lb, NOT 4300. 2nd, when you say 30, are you talking about 30 inches in the waist? Or a women's clothing size 30. Cause that's like what 350lb people would wear. I am in my twenties and wear an 18, hope never to wear a 30. I think you're a little mixed up here. Perhaps you are talking bra sizes though since that can lead men to think you're older than you are. I honestly don't know what to tell you without better info.
You first want to start eating in moderation. Maybe cut out processed foods and stick with fresh fruits and vegetables. The best way to get healthy is to exercise. Start by walking short distances and as you begin to feel more comfortable with exercising increase your activity. First of all, you need to consider whether or not your body is built to be a size 1. Many people used to say that there was no such thing as big boned, but each person is built with a different frame, and some people are at their healthy weight when they are at larger size. I still agree with you that you need to lose some weight, but I just wanted to put that in.
One way to lose weight, is to only eat when you are hungry. This is a major thing. Take a day and listen to your body. When your stomach growls, eat. When you're full, stop. If you're not hungry when it's the normal dinner time, then don't eat. Wait until you are. It's simple. By just doing that you will cut a ton of calories out of your diet and that on it's own will help.
However, you need to exercise as well. You need cardio workout as well as other specific exercises. Try walking for 30 minutes to an hour 3 or 4 times a week. Add in there some targeted exercises for the areas where you want to tone, and that will help.
I know it seems like a lot of work, but in the end it will be worth it. Just keep at it, and remind yourself that you're trying to get healthy.

A size 30 is NOT an average size for anyone except for a teenage boy. Men have different clothing sizes. If you are wearing a 30...then you really have a problem. To start off with...3,500 calories equals one pound. And you may never get to a size 1 because of bone structure. You want to lose weight? Stay off the twinkies and exercise...that's all you have to do...find a sport...start walking...running...ride a bike...wahtever. Just get out there and exercise and keep doing it several times a week...the weight will drop off.
You are still growing. I think people misunderstood when you say size 30. Cause if that is a jean size then not so bad at all. Do not do anything drastic! And a size 1 is way way to thin!! I do though understand your anger at being hit on, it's rough when girls mature into women. Men can be like that. Talk to your doctor hun to see what his/her recommendations are. Love yourself that is so important and as your body is still growing know that you are special and beautiful, don't let anyone make you feel any less. Go to a Dr. and have the Dr. recommend a Nutritionist. You need to get completely off of any juck food and junk drinks. Start eating veggies and drink lots of water, start walking. Get a book called Dianetics. It is a book that you can read and learn why you are doing this to yourself. It will help you gain self respect and make you understand that the mind can and will do a lot of things to the body. Good luck.
I don't know Canadian sizes but if you need to lose weight, here are some things that work for me. Walk daily for thirty minutes to an hour, it's great exercise and raises your metabolism. Add more protein to your diet, it helps lower your appetite and is more satisfying. Cut out drinks with calories in them and drink tea and water. Diets don't work, they only make you gain weight in the long run by lowering your metabolism. Also add in veggies and cut out as much processed food as you can, especially sweets. But get plenty of good carbohydrates like oatmeal and brown rice for energy. And most of all, know that you are beautiful no matter what, it is really your own feelings about yourself that are going to keep you going and help you take care of yourself. I just saw the weight that you posted--that is not overweight at all! Those pervs don't have anything to do with you or the way you look, they have serious issues.
First of all, you are at a age that your body is developing and will go through many changes. I have always been overweight and now I am losing it the healthy way. It doesn't come off overnight. :( Start by taking walks and doing some healthy physical activities that you like. get a friend to join you, It will bring you closer to them and your goal. Eat right and don't deprive your body, Just make sure your food choices are healthy ones. When older guys hit on you just ignore them.
