it "can" be normal, and if you use pads that can be something that can be an irritant too. If it goes on for a while I'd either go see my doctor or get some vagisil to see if it stops the itching.
vagasil has an anti ich cream, for itches and any type of itch, meaning whether it comes from tight panties or whatever
Actually, it probably IS an infection. Yeast infections are very common after your period. You kind of get nappy rash from your pads. You can get a cream for that at the pharmacy.
