You can only get pregnant if you get sperm in your vagina. Your stomach and your vagina and uterus are not connected.
Stomach acid willl kill sperm (and anything else) on contact, so there are no sperm wriggling around in there, and no baby.
Most of semen is actually water and sugar, sperm only makes up 5% of it, but you can still get 300 million in a single drop, so even if they survived contact with your stomach acid, you wouldn't feel them.

You can not get pregnant from swallowing, but you can get STD's. Hurting your boyfriends feelings is much easier to deal with then a positive HIV, Herpes, or other STD's test. Please, be careful, there is so many things going around these days, that you can't just be unprotected. You can have your boyfriend wear a condom while you do oral, but I really don't suggest you swallow. Remember, even if you don't swallow, there is always pre-ejaculation that you can still swallow that can also make you sick. Good Luck!
I'm a paramedic and have a lot of medical background. I have never heard of anyone dieing bc of swallowing semen, and it is impossible that your pregnant. The odd feeling in your stomach is most likley totally unrelated. hope it helps!!

You will not get pregnant and you will not die. Swallowing sperm is basically harmless unless he has an STD. You can only get pregnant if the semen is ejaculated, or introduced in some way, into your vagina.

Take an anatomy class. You can not get pregnant by swallowing your boyfriend's semen. It goes through your digestive tract and the sperm are killed in your gastric juices.
i swallow my guy's c*m all the time. i too have the same weird feeling in my stomach. i think mine's was due to the fact i was always empty stomached when i swallow his. i guess it's because you're not accustomed to the taste or something. you won't get sick or die. and you definitely will not get preggers.
