Well, it's time for a little visit to your GP who will talk to you about this. It is not uncommon and don't be afraid. You will be checked out by the GP and then informed of the nature of your discomfort and what is causing it. There is generally a reason for this which could be diagnosed here but, that is definitely not the way to go. You need to be checked over and if necessary the GP will get a second opinion from a doctor who specialises in the field.
Don't try to diagnose this yourself. Honestly, people on here offer advice which is without knowledge or foundation and that can cause stress. Don't fret, the GP will put you right and with a little medication and a chat, you'll be surprised how much better you will feel. Take care and enjoy the many years you have to live.
Go to the doctor.
