Have regular pap smears and be sure to let your Gynecologist know your history of HPV so she can do a special test for cervical cancer. Catching it early gives you the best chance for treatment. Most likely if you developed cancer they would do treatments like chemo and radiology.

lots of people have hpv and don't even know it. once you have it you'll always have it. it doesn't automatically cause cancer, just raises the risk
hpv is only an increased risk factor for cervical cancer, just be sure to follow up with recommended pap test and focus on other things !
