You shouldn't do it just because of how it looks. Big labia looks very sexy indeed and guys like it more than you will ever know. If you're considering getting it done on the grounds of it hurting you then fair enough, but believe me, it will much more attractive as it is now than being all cut off.
if it bothers you and it'll make you feel better about yourself in a very sensitive area, then yes, find a good doctor and it'll be totally worth it!
if you're young and just gone through puberty, you just need time to get used to it. Your vag gets a lot bigger during that time and t can be shocking, I know, but more than likely you're normal.
The surgery is certainly worth it if your discomfort is persistent. The operation you need is a labiaplasty in which the labia minora are trimmed or removed altogether. Some women have this done for cosmetic reasons and I suggest you consider it seriously if it will make you feel better about yourself.
