It won't hurt her, but you will get bloody. Having sex during a girl's period is very messy, lay down a couple of towels and have a damp washcloth handy for clean-up afterwards. My guy and I would have sex during my period. He would have blood from his abdomen down to his thighs, and all over his equipment, obviously. Yeah, it's ok to have sex with your girlfriend when she has her period. I know people who do (though I wouldn't want to). It actually will not hurt her...it actually would make things like her cramps (if she has any) feel better because orgasms loosen the uterus walls and that helps with cramps. But it is very messy and yes, you will get bloody.
