You're going to go through many changes at your age, and this may be a temporary situation. Until I had children, I always had small breasts with very large nipples by comparison. Since having my children, my breasts and nipples are large. A woman's body goes through many changes in a lifetime.
Nope thats just the way your bobs are, but theres nothing wrong with you both of my sisters are the same way :) .. mine are really small everybody's differnt
have u had a monthly period? or have u had sex? it's one of the symptoms... think ure too young for that.

maybe it runs with ur genes.. ask your mom, if there's anyone in your family has it.

This is perfectly normal. As you mature your breasts will change many times. As you enter puberty the areola will usually grow and become darker, and the nipple itself will usually become erect, and sensative. Soon after this the breast itself will start to swell.
Later in life when you become a mother, your breasts will grow again, and the areola will change color again. The nipple will once again become very sensative.
Don't worry, you are just becomming a woman. Be proud.

Its puberty. When girls hit puberty there are some changes in her breast, pubic hair, and menstruation. Telarche or breast change is the first to occur. The change starts with the nipples forming a bud (Tanner stage 1) then the areola around it elevates forming a mound and your breast enlarges a bit (tanner stage 2) then the nipple further buds out forming a secondary mound (tanner stage 3) Then the areola becomes darker and grows larger and the breast tissue further enlarges (tanner stage 4) finally your breast should reach its full size and all mounds disappear. I think you are currently at tanner stage 3 or 4 which is about normal at your age so you have nothing to worry about unless there is bleeding or discharges or there are bumps within your breast.
Don't worry about it at all. Breasts, including the parts you mention, come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. If you have big nipples, be GLAD. They will come in handy someday when you have babies. Many women have a REALLY hard time breastfeeding their babies because their nipples are so flat.
As far as beauty is concerned, it is in the eye of the beholder. If you are worried that someday a man will see you naked and run away, don't give that another thought. That will NOT happen, believe me. I probably shouldn't say that to you since you're 14, but I'm guessing that it is part of your worry. Rest assured, you're perfectly normal, and in some ways, lucky!
