Why do i smell so bad down "there"?

i have the same problem.. thats just plain embarrassing! i take extra time to clean twice daily plus i spray something good smelling and by the end of the day or even half of the day i can start to smell. i've looked it up and still don't know whats wrong

i think its just sweat, i know its gross, but, it does happen.
Go see your gyn you could have an infection. Don't delay. Serious consequences. Wear cotton under wear exclusively and protect yourself from infection.

Um.thongs can create bacteria...which can cause an odor...and what you eat will also effects the smell.
is the smell coming from inside your vagina or just the vaginal area? if it is coming from inside the vagina then it cld be an infection. thongs are not very vagina friendly and i know b/c i wore them for over 10 yrs b/f getting some sense and switching to beautiful cotton panties.
if the smell is just coming form the vaginal area then it is probably sweat. use baby powder or feminine powder or spray. don't get this inside the vagina only on the external areas. absolutely wear cotton underwear and esp. when it is hot you may need to freshen up during the day. it happens.
Even though you're cleaning often the odor might be comming from your underwear. Sometimes in addition to washing several times it might be a good idea to wear those small pads which can be changed every few hours. If the odor continues I would suggest going to the doctor to make certain you don't have an infection.
thongs are not to good to wear they give you yeast infections and because the back of the thong stores sweat and smell from your butt and makes your front smell, it can also be that you dont wash yourself properly

If the odor is coming from inside it could be an infection. Otherwise, it's just from sweat and being enclosed. Thongs are also notorious for giving vaginal infections, so be careful. Pubic hair also causes some odor because hair harbors bacteria, so you could try shaving it off or trimming it back.

Probably an infection.. you need to go get checked out immediately. It could be a serious problem.
