There's been times where i think i'm getting it, but nope.

do all girls get their period?

it's not unusual for a girl not to have her period by the age of 14, just as it's not unusual for a girl to get her period at 9. Everyone is different, you will get your period. Heres some advice, enjoy your life while it's period free because your gonna wishing you didn't have it. If you are thin, or very athletic that could be the reason you haven't gotten it yet. yeah all girls get their period. you'll get it eventually. late bloomer is all.
very rarely will a female not be able to get her period. you could be just a late bloomer. if you havent had your period by the time that your 18, talk to your doctor, cause there may or may not be something wrong

Usually it's just genetics.

You're fine. Some girls don't get it until they are 17 or 18. I didn't get mine until I was nearly 15. So, don't worry about. I guarantee you're fine.
